The food at Mt Hood Organic Farms is something I look forward to every time I have a wedding there, and it’s a reason it’s one of my favorite venues.  They have an in house caterer, which can make some couples nervous, but I always reassure people the food will be fantastic.  They also treat the other vendors really well, which is not always the case with caterers, unfortunately.  They are more than happy to feed us the same food they give to the guests.  I’ll be posting a wedding held there from last year soon!
